Nickel 270 Pipe is the purest commercial grade nickel pipe material (Ni≥99.97%), and its core value lies in providing unparalleled chemical stability and physical properties for high-tech industries. This material achieves ultra-low impurity content (carbon ≤0.002%, iron ≤0.005%) through a special electrolytic refining process. It not only has the alkali corrosion resistance of ordinary nickel materials, but also shows excellent tolerance in extreme media such as electronic grade hydrofluoric acid and molten alkali.
Its unique crystal structure gives it excellent thermal conductivity (90.7 W/m·K) and electromagnetic properties, making it the preferred pipe material for precision equipment such as semiconductor single crystal furnace thermal field and particle accelerator vacuum chamber.
Different from conventional nickel 200/201 pipes, Nickel 270 Pipe is irreplaceable in ultra-high purity application scenarios. For example, in integrated circuit manufacturing, its ultra-low gas evolution characteristics can ensure the purity of chip deposition process; in the aerospace field, it can withstand long-term erosion by rocket fuel (such as hydrazine) without catalytic decomposition.
